Great Jones has neglected to provide a habitual place to live as promised in our contract.
Do not rent from Great Jones!! I’ve been getting the run around on the constant flooding due to improperly installed drainage systems and foundation issues. This issue has been going on for almost a year now. The owner refused to fix the issues. Great jones has no backbone and will not stand up for their tenants.
