Thanks to Rob Ellison in Customer Support
I had to contact Good Energy recently, regarding the late payment of my bill. This was very stressful for me, a big worry and added to this, I am extremely unwell and have been unable to stay on top of my finances and paperwork. I was lucky to get the wonderful care, support and kindness from Rob Ellison, in Customer Support. Rob guided me, reassured me and helped me to not panic, and agree a way forward. His empathy and understanding really helped reduce my stress levels, which were not good for my health. He also agreed to stay in touch, to see how I was coping down the line, which was very much appreciated. He has been a fabulous point of contact for me, and may I say how nice it is to be able to speak to a real human being, when help is needed, as not all companies offer that human contact. Makes all the difference. And, the happy ending is, that I’ve now caught up, paid my bill, and couldn’t wait to tell Rob, who was very happy for me!
