Always enjoy a visit to Pets at Home in Merry Hill - a large, clean and well stocked store, with pleasant, helpful and friendly staff. We purchase our cat's "sanitary needs" (Catsan Litter 😊) and his Lick-e-Lix in bulk every 2 months. We've given the review 4 stars - the reason being we cannot get his Vet prescribed food in-store. Kyro is on a strict urinary care diet - he can only have Pro Plan urinary care wet food and Purina urinary care dry food - neither of which are to hand in the store. For two years though we ordered on line, and Pets at Home delivered, via Evri, a regular five-week order which worked very well ... BUT the price of the wet food was high! We were paying £11.97 per box of 10 sachets, and ordering 6 boxes every 5 weeks. Six months ago I found I could get the same Pro Plan wet cat food from Zooplus for £5.97 per box of 10 sachets, and they too had the subscription/order/home delivery facility. The maths speaks for itself - we are saving considerably. So - purely on the fact that the price of the wet cat food is half the price somewhere else, we have given a four-star rating. If Pets at Home DROP the price of Kyro's Pro Plan urinary care wet food, then we'd give 5-stars, AND renew our 5-weekly subscription ordering ... 🐈⬛
