Easy process from start to finish
Easy process from start to finish. Transferred phone number with no problem, just had to restart new phone once. I did have to call customer services once as it was a few days wait for black model to come into stock. Quick to answer the phone and I swapped to white, phone arrived the next day. Overall great experience.
