My order consisted of over 30 items but…
My order consisted of over 30 items but I only had 1 item delivered. I have had no indication of when the outstanding items will be delivered. I feel that I have been ill informed about the delivery and I have no idea if or when the outstanding items will be delivered. 2 days later got the balance of my order delivered by a lovely chap called Dave who couldn’t have been more helpful. Customers would like to know about delivery of ALL of an order if it is going to be delivered in parts. Something for the supplier and delivery company to think about and perhaps improve on, to avoid negative reviews regarding only part of an order arriving.
