Emma Slabbert - a diamond in the rough
The 4 stars are based soley on my dealings with Emma Slabbert, Thornley Groves as a company would graciously recieve a 1 star, as trustpilot does not allow for a zero star review. I have been a tenant via Thornley Groves for the past 8 years. Generally, I would not recommend as they are a completely unorganised, incompetent, dumpster fire of a company. However, Emma has been a fantastic contact over the last year or so that she has been my property manager. I have found her to be polite, knowledgable, quick to respond, helpful and diligent. Qualities that only one or two of the colleagues over the years have share. Thank you for all you do, Emma.
