Pet purchase is aggressive and not handled well
We were given two very different advice from two members of staff on setting up for a new pet. They did not let us see the pet being handled and it looks a lot older than stated and can not be handled at all, as very aggressive. Luckily it will have a wonderful home with us regardless! Pets need to be tamed. And we were not given a receipt at the till or offered it! I presumed wrongly that it would go to our online account. I therefore couldn't check an item we were charged for and then returned as a carrier. Very frustrating!
