Ignoring my emails regarding refund for rejected order
Order number 275032. Name on order is Karen Lynas. TrustPilot has automatically posted under Michael. I carried out a consultation for a medication I had been prescribed before. The order was rejected and I was advised I would receive a refund within a couple of days. We are now at 3 weeks and I have not had one response to any of my five emails and the phone rings out then says they have no one to take the call. Absolute shambles. Stay clear. UPDATE. Following your response via email first of all which was very apologetic and confirmed my refund would now be processed, this was only done this morning but your response below tries to state that this is my banks fault when you hadn't actually processed my refund until just after 9am this morning. Also the reason you have given for rejection is completely inaccurate as you had explained why at the time. You just didn't bother processing my refund until today. I will hopefully receive this soon.
