Appalling Customer Care.
Should be zero stars. No response or customer support and no way of contacting them by phone or email - so they choose to just dodge any issues by hiding behind an online barrier that does not resolve problems. Terrible company - happy to take your money but do not support tenants or look after them in any way - AWFUL. - AVOID AT ALL COSTS 23/02/2023 In response to your reply below. Again you have tried to pass blame and failed to take any responsibility for your own actions within Urban Evolution - a true sign of the lack of professionalism within your company. The focus of your email attempts to put blame on the tenant- who had a work trip away and was only contacted at 430pm for a next day appointment - and even then you have lied about the date they contacted the tenant. When the tenant returned the call to DBE they did not answer. If you as a company are happier to believe your maintenance contractor over the satisfaction of your tenants it again shows your company priorities. As a management company - of which you are receiving payment, you also appear happier for the tenant to have to manage the booking and organise appointments, whereas it should be your responsibility - this evidence alone qualifies the truthful review and points made. You have failed to act within a satisfactory timescale to resolve this issue. You have failed in providing the contact details requested. You have failed to call me, as requested on a number of occasions (another lie as seen in your response) You have failed to answer the question as to whether your company believes it to be acceptable for a tenant to be without a washing machine for 5 weeks. Your company has also lied as to why this matter has dragged on - I have been told previously there was an issue contacting the landlord, and now your excuses centre around a washing machine part from your 3rd party contractor. The fact remains that the contract is with Urban Evolution - your 3rd Party contractor failings are not a concern of the tenant and should not be used to excuse poor service and certainly not be a reason for a management company to expect the tenant themselves to manage the matter, and not be allowed to leave the property in case the repair person calls.
