Double and tripple charging

This is insane. I've had it with Red Energy. We were supposed to get a bill for the last service. My bill went from $300 to over $950. They've double charged me for for 2 months straight. I've been trying to deal with this since July. They can't get their numbers right. I have receipts and bank transactions to prove my side. Can't get on the phone with them, they never answer. Now they send a message saying pay or else it goes to a collection agency. Well Red... you've left me no choice. Now you can deal with the ombudsmen and I'm going elsewhere. Should be taking you to the Press with the way you handle (or don't handle) your customers. I'm so done with this!
