Complete and utter shambles.…
On the 9th July I placed an order for 2 packs of 6 pet hair remover rolls. Today, 13th July, my package was delivered by evri. So far so good. Then I opened the parcel. Instead of containing 12 rolls it contained 2 individual rolls.Evri confirmed that they had received only 1 package for delivery. The only way I can contact home bargains is by post. I am far from impressed. As a follow on, I was contacted by someone from Home Bargains, who implied that another member of my household may have removed the missing items without my knowledge. This household consists of myself and my wife. (Also the family cat, who has assured me it wasn't her. I have, now written a letter to Home Bargains and I will look forward to the reply --- if they bother to do so.
