No accountability for my order
I wanted a bike for my daughters birthday. Before ordering I spoke with a customer service rep who assured me that delivery would only be a few days. 4 days later that the DHL tracking code still isnt even active, suggesting it hasn't been delivered to DHL yet or its lost! I have checked DHL several times a day for days and spoken to multiple staff who say someone will get back to me. But nobody is actually helping me with any information. At this rate I will have no birthday present at all for my daughter this weekend and a VERY upset house. :( So so upsetting... And. To this I had to option of picking a bike up from somewhere else but I was assured by your team...
