This company has been immensely helpful to me when my travel plans got turned upside down. I initially hired a car for 6 weeks but then had to extend the rental period an extra 4 days... there was no trouble doing that. At the end of this hire period the car was turned in. Their shuttle service took me to the airport. I could not board my scheduled flight as planned and would be delayed at least another 3 days. This company were able to provide another car with no waiting period. On the day this car was to be returned my flight was cancelled at the last minute, so again I had to extend the car hire period for another two days. This was handled with ease by East Coast's staff. Throughout this whole time, the staff helped me through what was a stressful time at the end of a great vacation. They were able to put my mind at ease so I could focus on my other important issues.
