Absolutely shocking company
Absolutely shocking company. I took out a contract in January, which I cancelled within the initial 14 day period. They have continued to take money from my account despite numerous complaint emails weekly since January. We are now almost in September and there is still no resolution. Thankfully my card expires this month so no more payments will be taken, but this is just ridiculous that they won’t cancel the contract - even after proof of the original email was sent to them. I have received emails, that are clearly mass generated, stating that the contract is still active. I do not recommend anyone taking out a contract with them.
