Brilliant online retailer and customer service
I bought 3 Funko Sodas and 2 Pops from Zinga Entertainment. They all arrived in great condition and well packaged. One of the quickest shipments I’ve received for Funko products. One of the Funko Sodas I received had a defect, nothing to do with the retailer and completely due to the quality checks at Funko. I contacted Zinga in the first instance and they were happy to replace the defected product. Great customer service. A great online retailer and hope to make more purchases in the future.
