I loved the customer support of this company. My sister used to order from them so I placed my order of my daughter's dress for eid. I ordered in first weeks of April. Two weeks later I realized the delivery d date was about 26 of May that was so late. So on my sister's recommendation I wrote an email to their support and the support team contacted the brand and arranged an earlier delivery. Hopefully they will deliver today three weeks before the promised date. So I find the support very helpful and they articulate well and are very professional. Lovely experience.
