It is not advisable to engage with PLS due to several reasons. They exhibit a lack of responsiveness in reading emails and updating clients on the progress of their mortgage processes. Additionally, they have a tendency to add unexpected charges to the agreed-upon costs. Despite raising concerns, issues often remain unresolved, indicating a lack of commitment to client satisfaction. Their services are not client-centric, and their unreliability and slow pace of work can be frustrating. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend seeking alternative options for mortgage services. They deserve 0 star rating or none at all. RUN and don't look back!!! They deserve to be sued!
