Had the most horrible experience
Had the most horrible experience, ordered cup cakes for valentine's day it was delivered at 11pm in the night. Hopeless customer service with absolute no coordination between kitchen and delivery agent. What's appalling is that the Ceo's keep sending marketing email however the ground reality was that they didn't have enough people to deliver or make the item. It's a shame that you market a product and ask more people to order when you don't have the required setup or resources. Will never use the service as I was disappointed at the time when these apps acts as a medium of sharing love and care.
