Awful experience
I signed up as a new activity for the new year. On the call, they asked for payment for a month — I asked "You require payment for a month for us to attend?" and the lady said Yes. Then just before our first session I received an email "Please accept T&Cs before attending". And of course hidden in those T&Cs is their 4 weeks' notice period. My son, unfortunately, did not like the place and was not ready to take lessons. That's my fault, I need to find another way of getting him into it and Water Babies is for toddlers who are ready to get in the water. I tried for one more week and again he was not up for it. So I requested a cancellation and of course they charged me for a further 4 weeks. So that means my son hasn't had a single lesson but I've now paid for 6 weeks of lessons at £17 / lesson. On the one hand, I agreed to the T&Cs. On the other hand, what a ridiculous experience as a customer with a child who wasn't ready. And why didn't the customer service representative tell me this on the phone? Awful experience.
