Terrible callouses from these shoes

I ordered the Buama 20, wore them for 1-2 hrs a day to get my feet used to them before transitioning to wearing them for work for 2 weeks. This shoe gave me the worst callouses I have ever had - and high up on my heel, instep and toes as there is a hard bar that runs low around the shoe upper. Kyburn asked me to review- I did. They clearly didn’t read my review (as it wasn’t positive) yet they still sent me £20.00 for writing a review. I them made negative comments on Facebook warning people about this shoe. Finally then Kyburn responded. But they kept trying to find me off. It took their medical team 3 weeks to reply and their response was decidedly lack luster. They said I could return the shoes, less £50.00 and obviously postage. But had not explanation for the severity of my callouses caused by their shoe. I’d like to say that I have a standard size/width size 39-40 foot that is (now was) uncalloused and has no strange shapes or bunions. Please do not buy these shoes - not only have they ruined my feet but the customer service is some of the worst I have come across. I will revert to commenting on social media to try and prevent this happening to others.
