Good service
Sadie was clear about what was going on with the claim. I hung around on the phone while waiting for admin to be done, I would have appreciated being called back rather than 20 minutes of hanging on with awful music. Sadie very kindly muted it once I pointed it out but I endured it for a long time. Sadie was very professional and knowledgeable.
