Could have been better

While the movers eventually got everything moved, there were several issues along the way. They showed up with a smaller truck than expected, requiring two trips. Some items were handled roughly despite us pointing out fragile labels. The supervisor was responsive to our concerns, but it felt like we had to babysit the process.
