Terrible service
Tried to order some foreign currency online yesterday - cashback offer on Club current accounts made it just competitive. Tried to get the Euros delivered to "my local branch" as offered on the website, and apparently the bricks and mortar high street branch does not exist. "There are no branches nearby to that location, please try another address". Went into the branch today assuming this was a web glitch, but no, A very unhelpful assistant stated "because we are closed on a Wednesday, you can't have the currency delivered here" (this was a Friday for delivery on Monday). I would have to drive to another town to collect - again making them uncompetitive. The assistant could not wait to get rid of me, turning away as soon as I pointed out that the Post Office had better rates (if the web rate plus Club discount was not available in branch). Rude.
