We are currently selling our house, offer made and now in that limbo phase and keeping everything crossed. Newland Ave office of Beercocks has been supporting us with our sale - but really the whole crew has been there. Eloise and Jack have been fantastic and even with me being in contact with them nearly everyday they have always been reassuring, patience and keep us up to date. I will admit that Beercocks system of how they support sellers is brilliant. We have sold a previous house with Beercocks and that was roughly 6yrs ago and they was good then. Now it's even better!
