Big Scam
The company claims to have test dates which isn't true, you get scammed to pay 19 pounds and you never hear from them again. No matter how many times you message them via the app, they do not respond. It would be appreciated if trust pilot could also BLACKLIST such companies so people don't get misled by the fake reviews posted here. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. In reply to your post ( bookdrivingtest.co.uk). Would this justify your refusal to reply to messages on the support page for three consecutive days? A debit of £19 was done immediately on the account and till date no confirmation of test cancellations. Can you please process a refund. Your service has failed to deliver as promised or indicated on your web page.
