bad reimbursing service
In terms of medical issues it works nice. They have 24/7 doctors online and also you can call them 24/7. However, the devolutions service is very bad. I have a bill from 22nd of October that today, 20th of February, still has not been reimbursed. They are not able to reimbursing money in not spanish accounts If you don't have ID from the country. And also, they have problems with comunication through email. El servicio de devolución es nefasto, no pueden reembolsar dinero en cuentas no españolas si no tienes DNI del país. Además he experimentado problemas para recibir emails (me decían que me habían informado por email pero yo no había recibido nada).
