Customer Service just hung up on me.

I have been using Lycamobile for about three months, and everything worked fine in the beginning. However, during the last month, I had no mobile signal or internet connection at all, despite my plan being active. I sent an email to customer support but received no reply. After trying to call several times, I finally got through to someone. Unfortunately, the person sounded like they were just reading from a script. When I asked for an explanation and whether I could get a refund — since I paid for a service I couldn’t use — the agent simply said, “No offer here.” I calmly explained the situation again, asking how they could charge for a service that was completely unavailable, and the agent hung up on me. This was a very frustrating experience and reflects extremely poor customer service. I hope Lycamobile takes this seriously and improves both communication and support quality.
