Horrid customer service. Ordered on Saturday 1/4, paid for express shipping. Tuesday 1/7 - no changes, email customer service Wednesday 1/8 - response, promised refund on shipping and that product would be shipped that day Today, Friday 1/10 - no change, order still unfulfilled. No refund.
