I have experienced the worst customer…
I have experienced the worst customer service from a property management company that I have ever received. I have had papers served to my door after agreement was in place. The communication has been next to none and delayed is an understatement. My property was transferred mid October in middle of messy situation with last property management I was charged eviction fees that were incorrect and before situation could be corrected property was transferred to Darwin homes. At first communication with Darwin was decent and as we got close to a solution communication stopped and is pretty much at a standstill. I cannot get ahold of anyone my account is locked and I’m due in court 12/29. I really don’t know what to do and I’m so stressed with no answers
