I give them a 1 star for the phone call…
I give them a 1 star for the phone call I had with one of their employees. I want to buy out my furnace and AC unit, but they want $7400 + tax for 7 year old units. My research shows they are worth $3000 combined and when I asked to speak to someone else above him, he told me that there was no one above him for me to speak to. I told him that Reliance has lost a customer and he hung up. I was no rude or raise my voice to him and just click. If anyone is considering renting from them, rethink it. I do have to say that all of the service techs sent to my house were great though.
