No replacement of faulty phones
I bought a phone for them on special offer. It was a birthday present so not opened for a couple of weeks. Anyway, upon unboxing, the screen was faulty. No problem, it's within the 30 day fault period, so I message them asking for a replacement (their website Ts and Cs state that they will replace phones that develop a fault within 30 days). They can only refund, not replace, they tell me. If I want the same phone again, I just need to place another order. But, here's the thing: the special offer is now expired. If I want that same phone then I'll have to pay £300 more, because they sent me a faulty phone. They won't budge: won't also let me buy again at the same price. Tough. And the final kicker is that the refund will take up to 30 days! Brilliant: send me a faulty phone, don't let me replace it at the same cost (despite own Ts and Cs) and then leave me for 30 days with no phone and no money. Absolute shambles of a company. Before this I've been with them for years, but now going to move to another network because of this. Edit: the reply below totally ignores the fact that they won't let you repurchase a new phone to replace a faulty one at the price they originally sold it to you.
