2 parcels left at PO in Inverclyde vanished.
I obviously cannot review all Post Offices only the one I have an issue with which is located in Inverclyde. For convenience I'd arranged for an Amazon order to be delivered to this Post Office Branch. I duly received the confirmation that the parcel was ready for collection. I waited several hours before going to collect but was told there was nothing for me.Amazon confirmed the order had been left in the Post Office branch both to me and the Seller. After 5 days tracking showed the order had been collected by Amazon and returned. I had been going to this post Office for decades but have not been in since. A recent order which should have went to Lockers at Tesco was left at this same PO branch as all the lockers were full. Evri were contacted about re directing the Parcel but it has apparently vanished after being left in the PO - Just coincidence ?......Personally I do not think so. Unfortunately except for tracking showing both parcels were left with the staff at that PO I have no proof that staff kept,denied having my parcels or deliberately failed to pass them onto me or I would be reporting the matter to the Police.
