USELESS company, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
Absolutely awful company and a complete waste of time and money, they don't even deserve 1 star tbh but google doesn't allow 0. 1st failed collection was due to lack of communication THIER END, apparently they don't phone prior to arrival, they just turn up and expect you to be at home, paid again for a "recollection", item got collected, driver signed reciept and loaded the item with no issues at all, received another failed collection a few days later stating the item "exceeds dimensions" even though not only did the driver agree to take it, the item filled about 5% of his fan space, called customer services and spoke to one of the most abrupt and rude women I have ever spoken to in my life, so now the item is being returned to the original address as it was "declined at the depot", just don't see the point in collecting an item to then decline it at a later stage, like I've already said, absolute joke of a company, believe the bad reviews, trust me.
