Manual booking is not working. Better choose automatic
Updated: I have gone through and check that I actually received notifications from them but the real problem is with DVSA. You logged in and they ask you all the questions and by the time you on the page slot is already gone. Unfortunately, automatic booking is expensive for me and I miss that update in the website when I initially sign up. I m receiving notification will keep trying. I have paid 19 pounds and I got one email notification about available slot but when I logged in, it wasn’t there. I immediately realise it’s not gonna work and raised a cancellation refund as they advertised money back within 7 days. To my surprise they said we can’t refund your amount as we sent you one notification before 7th day. I have not seen single notification after that and now on top they are asking me to pay another 30 pound to change to automatic booking
