Mixed experience
While the platform has some useful features, I've encountered several technical glitches that required support tickets to resolve. The response time from customer service is decent, but not as fast as advertised. The review aggregation works well, but the filtering options could be more sophisticated. It's an okay solution but there might be better alternatives out there.
