Thin walls, loud neighbors
The condo we were rented was Clean and nice and what we expected. However, the walls, and in particular the partition door to the adjoining condo, were incredibly thin. The folks next door were having a great time, and we don't blame them, but the walls were so thin we could hear individual conversations, phone calls were clear to us, it was surprising! It was also very very difficult to get your gear from the parking to the room, which makes the experience considerably less enjoyable as well.
