Do Titan appreciate their customers.
5 days into a fantastic 14 day holiday in Japan. The tour guides are wonderful, charming and informative. The hotels have been very nice, none better than the Takayama Green Hotel. However, this morning instead of breakfast in the hotel dining room, we had to eat in a vast soulless hall with huge tables and disappointing food. This has really dampened the positive feelings we have. This holiday is not cheap and as a Titan customer we do not appreciate being treat as second class citizens. If I had know this before the holiday I would have thought twice and maybe gone with another company that respects its customers. I hope that the rest of the holiday meets the high standards of the first few days.
