Worst customer service on the planet
I had ordered a pizza online from them on august 18th.. they called and said that they accidentally cancelled out the order and would like me to reorder.. I was assured the original charge was nil and void.. until I got my bill and I was charged for both pizzas .. as I called to speak to a manager she informed me she would speak to her supervisor and get back with me.. WHICH didn’t happen. I then called back and Alison refused my call.. so being on speaker with several others.. she lied to me and said I need to consult door dash.. without me showing I ordered directly from their app.. DoorDash was never mentioned.. I was hung up on and asked again to speak to her.. and hung up on again.. I called to ask who her direct manager again.. I was refused.. a few minutes later a cop was pounding on my door.. I was already hooked up to my feeding bag so I spoke to him against the upstairs window.. he actually said they said I called them over 20 times.. funny how my phone shows 4x..I asked him to leave .. I called to speak to his supervisor and if it’s possible to be more rude than she was even more rude.. apparently I’m supposed to be okay with being charged 2.. oh and the genius cop supervisor said “yOu CaN deLeTe CaLlEr Id.. of course you can however, the itemized bill you can’t.. with these type of ppl running society we are all doomed…
