Where do I start.

Where do I start. Let us start on the positive side. We must bear in mind that everything that is done is free. Well nearly everything? Could most of us afford to have this sort of work done, probably not. What is the cost to us. A lot of aggravation, clearing up after they have gone and the painting and decorating. So far this has cost me about £1200 and there is probably a lot more to do. Especially if they do not turn up to finish the Work. The house needed a deep clean from top to bottom due to the amount of dust everywhere. Floors moped every day after they had gone. They were however particularly good at clearing away their own rubbish at end of day and getting it taken off site. Work started at the end of February and was to take around 3 weeks. Needless to say, I am writing this now because its 5 months later and the have not finished. I am now constantly writing emails and trying to get a response but to no avail. Last communication was 5 weeks ago. Should I ring them YES but either they do not answer or never return my call and there is no record of the conversation. Got to say, some but not all the contractors were very good at there Job. Luckily, I know a lot about the building trade so I could keep on top of things and sometimes, even that was not good enough. This is mainly because they use contractors instead of employing tradesmen hence price work so they want to finish as fast as they can and cut corners. Would I have the work done again. Yes, because it is free, you would be stupid not to, but would I use CES again, Definitely not.
