Where do you get these agents?
I moved into a property serviced by Rebel. My initial final bill was wrong. So, I helpfully provided the exact move-in date and meter reading via email. I received another wrong bill. When I followed up, the agent's response, conveniently omitted the actual bill. However, they were incredibly efficient in requesting a five-star review. Seven emails later, the issue remains unresolved. I'm genuinely curious about their recruitment strategy.
