I am so upset with Joanne’s
I am so upset with Joanne’s. The late orders and separate orders sent are all minor issues and can be tolerated however when you charge my account several times for 1 order this becomes an issue. I ordered on the third of December which the full amount was removed from my account. When shipping from different locations it charges you again separately. Eventually the do drop the pending charge but has my account in overdraft for 53.00 which will cost me now two separate overdraft fees. I’ve never noticed before because I have the money to fall back on but with holidays bdays and Christmas shopping I have spent more then an ordinary month. Maybe not charge until you ship like Amazon. Or when taking the funds out a credit in you chart and remove when shipping but this double charging is not professional. Unfortunately Joanne has access to certain products first so you have to buy from them. Be prepared if purchasing online for this to take place.
