Awful customer service
Avoid completely. Very unimpressed with these people. Purchased temporary internet, it was running at 2mbps, I complained and they agreed to send out another. However, I was told I had to send the other router back via the post office there and then (I was told this at 4pm giving me just one hour - no consideration for what I might be doing). And told no refund for the 2mbps speed as I was clearly getting some wifi, even though it literally couldn't be any slower. Really awful customer service.
