Evelyn was very polite, patient, courteous and professional. She is a very pleasant woman. It was a real pleasure to speak with her . She spent plenty of time with me and explained everything about the cantaloupe extract I purchased for making cantaloupe ice cream. She even went over the amount of drops I needed to use and explained it is very concentrated. She went over all the ingredients and answered everything completely.
