No hassle claim
Been with purely pets for just over two years. First claim for my dog who needed vet treatment for swallowing an ibuprofen tablet. Made the claim at 11am by 8pm I received an email saying I was being paid for the vet bill minus the access. Can not fault this company, make everything so easy.
