HORRIBLE, overcharged $6K!
Terrifyingly bad experience. My fiance and I were overcharged 1x person by travel agent Carol Moses Bishop. She apologized and said she would refund us, but then overcharged us AGAIN for 3x more people! Carol has been impossible to work with - failing to answer us, giving excuses, and failing to provide us with another person to talk to. The behaviour can be considered suspicious and fraudulent at this point. It has been over 95 days since she over charged us and we are still out $6000+ with no end in sight. Do not use this company unless you are willing to wait for many months with unauthorized charges to your credit card
