Bad customer service and order a mess!
I ordered some elastic in March. I understand it's in short supply I but the website said it would be delivered in 6 to 10 days. After nearly a month, I emailed them and asked to cancel the order as I had ordered elastic from Etsy in the meantime and it arrived within days. I never got a response. The elastic finally arrived over a month after I ordered it. It was supposed to be a roll of elastic but it appeared that someone had just balled up a length of it and crammed it in the envelope. It was an absolute mess. Then I had to get permission from Joann to return it. It took ages to hear back from anyone and they said they would issue a refund. I haven't heard anything since and have not received a refund. Don't even bother trying to leave a review on their website. If it's negative against them in any way, they tell you they're not posting it! Here is my review, followed by their reasons for denying it because they said I violated their rules! That's how they get such a good rating on their website but nowhere else: "Messy order Item took almost a month to arrive after stating it would be here in 6 to 10 days. It was not a roll, it looked like someone had just cut off a length of it, balled it up and shoved it in the envelope. Since it took so long to arrive and was such a mess I will be returning it." And here was their reasoning for how I violated their rules. Huh???
