The price was very reasonable

The price was very reasonable, though the car wasn’t particularly well washed when I picked it up. Also, there’s no office at Katowice Airport, so you have to wait a bit for the car to be delivered to the terminal. The support team didn’t speak English very well, which made communication a bit tricky. That said, everything else went perfectly, and I think 5 stars is well deserved.

Had a good stay overall

Had a good stay overall. The hotel has a big, well-kept territory, which was really nice to walk around. The room price was great, though the window didn’t open and it faced the reception, so it could get a bit noisy. The water park was smaller and quite packed, but still fun. Food was decent and matched the 4-star level. Good value for the money!
