Without our prior knowledge or consent AND NO ACCIDENTS OR TICKETS - they Cancelled our Auto Policy with Travelers. We contacted Travelers and they took our account direct immediately - PLUS - with a 12 month instead of 6 month (our choice). A month later, they pulled a "Ooops we did it again" and informed us that "Travelers Cancelled our Home Owners!". WTF?! Again, we contacted Travelers and they said "NOPE - Steady decided to not work with us anymore", and assured us in writing that we are 100% covered. So - CONTACT TRAVELERS DIRECTLY.
