I had an urgent trip home for family reasons and wanted an economical car for an unspecified time. BCR was my choice because the prices were the lowest I could find. I was exceptionally happy with my experience. A few minutes after my initial contact with BCR from Auckland Airport I was picked up by a shuttle and taken to the airport branch where there was a car all ready for me. The car was very economical to run, meeting my request for the type of car I wanted. Customer service was excellent, particularly since I requested changes and extended my original contract. Details were clearly explained to me and all staff I encountered were professional, kind and friendly. I highly recommend BCR and will be going back next time I need a car.
