Don’t buy. Terrible quality and customer support
I bought the new sandal model (ETNA) for my boyfriend one month ago and the sole is already peeling off. We contacted their customer support and the solution given was for us to fix the shoe in a local shoemaker and send them the bill for a refund to cover that cost (with a 10€ limit, yay!). Who is covering the time this is costing us? They justify this ridiculous solution with their sustainability policies. Dear VEJA team, producing a flawed product that starts to fall apart after 1 month of normal use is unsustainable. Sustainability is also producing long lasting quality products which you are clearly not capable of doing. To everyone reading this review I advise you not to buy anything from this brand and not to fall for their sustainability facade.
